What Makes Therapy with Me Different?
Hi, I’m Dr. Gulshan—and yes, that’s a Bidoof on my shirt!
I've been told I have a disarming quality, and for many of the people I work with, that makes all the difference!
Therapy with me isn’t a clinical interrogation. It’s not a checkbox exercise. And it’s definitely not one-size-fits-all.
Many of my patients tell me they’ve tried therapy before, but it never quite clicked. Then they find themselves here—and for the first time, they feel seen.
It’s Relational, Not Robotic
We’re in this together. You’ll never feel like you’re being analyzed from across the room or asked to perform your pain. Instead, therapy becomes a grounded, trusting relationship where healing unfolds at your pace.
It’s Insight-Oriented and Trauma-Informed
This is not surface-level work. If you're here, you’ve probably lived through more than most people realize. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, protective parts, and pivotal experiences that shaped you. Gently. Respectfully. At a pace that feels right.
It’s Designed for Deep Feelers and Big Thinkers
If you’re someone who thinks a lot, feels deeply, or notices everything—welcome. You’re not “too much.” You’re not broken. Your sensitivity and insight are part of your strength, and we’ll use them to support your healing.
It’s Human
This is a therapy space where cozy blankets, quiet pauses, and moments of laughter all belong. You might spot a Bidoof plush on the desk, a Gryffindor cloak on the chair, or a therapist with blue hair who isn’t afraid to bring their full self to the work.
(Hi, that’s me!)
Healing doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. It can be warm, creative, and real.
