Session Fees & Payment
Length: 45 minutes
Fee: $450
(2025 rate; subject to periodic updates)
Format: Secure virtual sessions (telehealth)
Location: Available to adults 18+ anywhere in New York State
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed automatically at the time of each session via Stripe,
through my secure electronic health record platform (Sessions Health).
Payment Methods Accepted:
Credit/debit cards
Health Savings Accounts (HAS)
Receipts are provided after each session.
I can also provide superbills for potential out-of-network (OON) reimbursement (see FAQ below).

Scheduling & Availability
Therapy appointments are offered:
Tuesdays – Thursdays
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Because I see a limited number of patients to ensure high-quality care, availability is limited.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions
To avoid being charged for a missed session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Frequently Asked Question
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly.
However, I can provide a superbill (a special receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

While I’m not affiliated with these services, many patients have found them helpful.
Working outside of insurance allows me to provide fully personalized, confidential care without being limited by diagnosis requirements, treatment caps, or external clinical reviews.
